This Policy governs how VEXLY collects, uses and protects user information. In short: we collect key identifiers, technical information and interaction history; we use them to run the service, communicate with you and analyze usage; we share data with third parties only where required by law, to fulfill obligations (e.g. the provider and payment systems) or with your consent; and we retain it for as long as necessary and protect it within reasonable limits.
An informational draft; the final legal text is prepared by the service owner.
This Policy governs the processing and protection of the information you provide when using the VEXLY service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you accept this Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
The Service may collect: key and account identifiers (key prefix, IDs, notes); technical information (IP address, browser, device and operating system); and your interaction history (the proxied-request log, token usage statistics, top-up history). The Service does not request passport data, documents, photos or any other personal information beyond the minimum required to operate.
Collected information is used to: operate the Service and proxy requests to the provider; account for tokens and balance; communicate with you (notifications and support); and analyze, improve and protect the Service against abuse (anomaly detection and key-sharing signals).
Data is not shared with third parties except: when needed to fulfill a request (forwarding to the upstream AI provider); to meet obligations to you (e.g. the CryptoBot payment system at checkout, or Telegram when you voluntarily link your account); when required by law; or when you have given consent.
Data is kept for as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes. Access tokens are stored only as an irreversible hash (HMAC) plus a prefix; provider keys are stored encrypted. We take reasonable protective measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
To run the dashboard, your access key and language preference are saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage). No third-party advertising or tracking systems are used. Clearing your browser storage removes the saved key from that browser.
You may request information about the data stored or its deletion within technically feasible limits. Note: deleting a key renders the data associated with it anonymized or non-recoverable.
You understand and agree that transmitting information over the internet always carries risk. The administration is not liable for loss, theft or disclosure of data caused by third parties or by the user.
The administration may change this Policy without prior notice. The current version is published on this page; continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the new version.
