This agreement governs use of the VEXLY service — proxied access to third-party AI providers via a personal key. By using the key you accept these terms.
The key is shown once at issuance and cannot be recovered. The user is responsible for keeping the key secure and confidential. Requests made with a key are considered to have been made by its holder.
Access is paid for from a dollar balance. Charges are applied per request at Anthropic's official list price for the tokens actually consumed. The remaining balance is shown in the dashboard and may be used down to zero.
Top-ups are available via CryptoBot. Refunds of already-credited or spent tokens are generally not available, except in cases of a service technical error.
Illegal actions, circumventing limits, and abuses that disrupt the service or violate upstream provider terms are prohibited. The service may restrict access for violations.
The service is provided 'as is', without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, specific speed, or fitness for a particular purpose. Interruptions related to upstream providers are possible.
The service is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequences of using AI model outputs. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the unused balance.
Access via a key may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, signs of compromise, or at the request of an upstream provider.
Terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
